FRS Training Instructor – Service Technician Trainer

About the role

Survitec is seeking a dedicated FRS Training Instructor to join its Singapore team. In this permanent, full‑time position you will design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes for service technicians, ensuring they have the confidence and competence to meet safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the annual service technician training plan.
• Deliver a wide range of technical training content, collaborating with subject‑matter experts.
• Apply the full training cycle, advise managers on personal development opportunities, and assess competence to standard.
• Analyse training feedback and drive continuous improvement of training materials.
• Maintain accurate training records, issue certificates and conduct audits.
• Support competence assessment activities and coach technicians on material application.
• Participate in service technician duties when schedule allows, demonstrating up‑to‑date operational skills.
• Identify non‑conformance, report incidents and contribute to incident investigations.

Required profile

• Experience delivering technical training to service technicians.
• Strong understanding of the complete training cycle and competence assessment.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and subject‑matter experts.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Commitment to safety‑first culture and continuous improvement.
