FRS Training Instructor – Service Technician Trainer

About the role

Survitec is seeking a dedicated FRS Training Instructor to join its Singapore team. The role focuses on designing, delivering and continuously improving training programmes for service technicians, ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to maintain high‑quality safety equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the annual service‑technician training plan.
• Deliver a wide range of training content, collaborating with subject‑matter experts to address trainee questions.
• Apply all steps of the training cycle, support needs analysis, and assess competence against standards.
• Analyse training feedback and implement improvements.
• Maintain accurate training records, issue certificates and conduct audits.
• When schedule permits, perform service‑technician duties to stay current with operational skills.
• Support the technician community of practice and promote best‑practice sharing.
• Identify and report non‑conformance, assist with incident investigations and drive continuous improvement.
• Uphold Survitec’s safety‑first culture and values.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the full training cycle and competence assessment.
• Experience delivering technical training to adult learners.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional experts and tailor content to varying skill and language levels.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate feedback and drive improvements.
• Attention to detail for maintaining training records and certifications.
