Full Stack AI Engineer – Build AI-Driven Web Solutions

About the role

OOm is looking for a Full Stack AI Engineer to design and ship AI‑powered features that directly impact client businesses. You will own the end‑to‑end development of customer‑facing AI products, from concept through production, working closely with product, design and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and launch AI‑driven web features using React and TypeScript on the frontend.
• Build scalable backend APIs with Python and Node.js.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into production workflows and create Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Develop AI agents with tool‑calling, workflow orchestration and automation.
• Connect AI systems to CRMs, messaging platforms and third‑party APIs.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and continuously improve reliability, latency, cost and safety of AI services.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with non‑technical stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience building production‑ready AI applications and prompt engineering.
