Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join Kyndryl’s technology team. In this role you will contribute to building and modernising mission‑critical systems, working with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy features across both frontend and backend layers.
• Build responsive, accessible user interfaces using modern frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.
• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs (RESTful and optionally GraphQL) and business logic.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases to store and retrieve data efficiently.
• Write unit, integration and end‑to‑end tests and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues, optimise performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and other engineers in agile ceremonies.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural discussions.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Growth mindset with a focus on continuous learning.
• Customer‑oriented attitude and ability to work inclusively with diverse teams.
• Legal right to work in the location without sponsorship.

Required skills

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• One or more frontend frameworks: React, Angular, Vue.
• Backend language proficiency: Node.js, Python, Java, C, Ruby or Go.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and optionally GraphQL.
• Relational (SQL) and NoSQL database knowledge.
• Testing frameworks for unit, integration and end‑to‑end testing.
