Full Stack Engineer – Government Digital Services

About the role

We are seeking passionate Full Stack Software Engineers to join agile product teams delivering large‑scale digital solutions for Singapore government agencies. You will collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers and Quality Engineers to build secure, scalable, and user‑centric applications that serve millions of citizens.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance modern full‑stack applications for government digital services.
• Build responsive front‑end interfaces and scalable back‑end services using technologies such as React, Angular.NET/ASP.NET.
• Write clean, maintainable, well‑tested code and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Perform code reviews and promote engineering best practices across the team.
• Continuously improve products by adopting cloud technologies and DevOps practices.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands‑on full‑stack development experience.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD concepts.
• Analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
