Full-Stack Software Engineer (Junior)

About the role

We are looking for a junior Full‑Stack Software Engineer to join Millipede’s fast‑growing product team. You will work on our Integrated Digital Delivery platform, building features that help construction and real‑estate teams collect real‑time data and collaborate more efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the full software lifecycle, from ideation and design to delivery and maintenance.
• Design and implement technical solutions with a user‑centric approach.
• Write high‑quality, maintainable code in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
• Promote good engineering practices and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Up to 3 years of experience working with product and engineering teams (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑player mindset.
• Comfortable explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Problem‑solving attitude and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
