Full Stack Software Engineer (Talent Pipeline)

About the role

Activate Interactive is building a talent pipeline for future full‑stack engineering positions. You will join a fast‑growing technology consultancy that delivers mobile, web and cloud solutions for clients across Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy and maintain scalable, high‑performance web applications.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of features, integrating frontend, backend and cloud infrastructure.
• Implement modern frontend architectures with JavaScript/TypeScript, ensuring reusability, accessibility and security.
• Build robust backend services and APIs, focusing on reliability, observability and security.
• Collaborate with QA to achieve automated test coverage and resolve defects promptly.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines for seamless, automated releases.
• Work with DevOps teams to automate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring and cloud deployments.
• Enforce full‑stack security best practices, including authentication, authorization and API protection.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
• Experience with Git and modern branching workflows such as GitFlow or trunk‑based development.
• Strong proficiency in both frontend and backend development.
