About the role

The Lee Kong Chian School of Business invites applications for a full‑time, tenure‑track faculty position in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources. The role is based in Singapore and focuses on building a strong research and teaching portfolio within a leading Asian business school.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and conduct rigorous, theoretically significant research in organisational behaviour and/or human resources.
• Publish research findings in top‑tier scholarly journals appropriate to the candidate’s career stage.
• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses, contributing to the school’s high‑quality teaching mission.
• Participate in departmental activities, including supervision of PhD students and service on academic committees.

Required profile

• Near‑completion of, or recent completion of, a PhD in organisational behaviour, human resources, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability or clear potential to publish in leading OBHR journals.
• Commitment to excellence in teaching and mentorship.
• Strong research pipeline with plans for high‑impact publications.
