About the role

The Educator role is the foundation of Lululemon’s retail success. Educators create world‑class guest experiences by sharing product knowledge, fostering community connections, and embodying the brand’s inclusive culture. This full‑time position works on‑site at the Marina Bay Sands store in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Engage guests, assess their needs, and provide customized product solutions and returns.
• Deliver technical product education, highlighting value and benefits.
• Execute seamless transactions and omnichannel programs according to company standards.
• Gather guest feedback, partner with store leadership to resolve issues, and promote local community programs.
• Plan and support community initiatives such as run clubs and yoga events.
• Maintain store presentation, restock merchandise, and perform cleaning tasks to uphold a luxury environment.
• Utilize in‑store technology for operations and ensure safety compliance.
