About the role

Ninja Van is seeking a reliable Staff Class 4 Driver to join its fast‑growing logistics team in Singapore. This full‑time role involves handling parcel pickups and deliveries while ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Review route manifest before pickups to ensure the correct parcels are collected within the scheduled time frame.
• Conduct a thorough vehicle inspection prior to departure.
• Load and unload parcels safely to prevent damage, spillage, or loss.
• Communicate any traffic delays or concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain professional communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Adhere to company safety standards and complete all required paperwork during pickups.
• Report any mispicks to supervisors immediately.

Required profile

• Valid Class 4 driving licence.
• Ability to perform vehicle inspections and follow safety protocols.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with supervisors, customers, and partners.
• Professional appearance and conduct at all times.
