Furnace Operator – Rotating Shift, Up to $2,500 Basic

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Furnace Operator to join our East Singapore facility. The role involves operating vacuum and brazing furnaces on a rotating Monday‑Friday schedule, ensuring aircraft components are heat‑treated to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate vacuum and brazing furnaces according to production schedules, FAA regulations, and customer specifications.
• Set up furnaces, load fixtures, adjust temperature settings, and monitor processes throughout heat treatment cycles.
• Maintain accurate heat‑treatment logs, perform basic maintenance, and keep the work area tidy.
• Report any issues with parts, equipment, tooling, or materials to the supervisor promptly.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in heat‑treatment, preferably within aerospace or manufacturing.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (07:30‑17:00).
• Minimum education: GCE O‑Level, NITEC, Technical Certificate, or equivalent.
