General Manager – Beach Club Operations

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead Tanjong Beach Club, a surfside restaurant, bar and club in Singapore. The role oversees all aspects of operations, guest experience and team development to ensure the venue delivers its signature coastal cuisine and artisanal cocktails.

Key responsibilities

• Drive overall operational and business performance, setting and achieving commercial and non‑commercial OKRs.
• Lead and align teams with the venue’s mission, values and operating standards.
• Maintain quality, hygiene and licensing compliance for food, beverage and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement staff development plans and training programmes in partnership with the Talent Team.
• Monitor financial performance and manage budgeting, cost control and revenue targets.
