General Manager – Group Service

About the role

The General Manager – Group Service will lead Premium Group’s aftersales service operations across all automotive brands. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for driving service sales, profit targets and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Group Aftersales service department.
• Achieve service sales and profit targets for all brands under Premium Group.
• Manage customer complaints efficiently and develop a comprehensive service policy.
• Coordinate with brand principals on service‑related matters.
• Ensure service quality, team harmony and alignment with overall aftersales KPIs.
• Monitor Customer Experience Management (CEM) ratings and act on feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet customer expectations on delivery, repair quality, cost and treatment.
• Supervise sub‑ordinates, control outstanding service bills and support the Warranty Manager in claim processing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, stakeholders and authorities.

Required profile

• Minimum university degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of senior management experience in automotive aftersales or a related field.
• Proven track record in negotiation, leadership and achieving sales targets.
• High integrity, strong organisational skills and a results‑driven mindset.
• Good business acumen and excellent problem‑solving abilities.
