General Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to steer business operations and drive commercial growth across Singapore and Southeast Asia. You will shape strategy, lead cross‑functional teams and ensure the company meets its performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies that support growth and align with organisational objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities and lead business‑development initiatives.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, forecasts and KPIs.
• Recruit, mentor and develop high‑performing teams.
• Drive continuous process improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with regional and global leadership to implement strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of senior management experience.
• Proven track record in business development, commercial strategy, operations management and organisational leadership.
• Strong leadership, financial management, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing regional operations is a plus.
