General Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to oversee the overall business operations and strategic direction of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, improving operational efficiency, and leading cross‑functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and sustainable growth.
• Oversee daily operations across all departments including sales, marketing, finance, and HR.
• Lead, mentor, and manage senior management and department heads.
• Drive business development initiatives and expand market presence.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.
• Identify business risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate governance standards.
• Report to the Board of Directors on company performance and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 10–15 years of managerial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in business growth, operations management, and team leadership.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Singapore business environment and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
