Global Customs Senior Manager

About the role

Join a newly created consulting team within a market‑leading logistics and transport company. The Global Customs Senior Manager will support the Global Customs Director in delivering end‑to‑end customs consultancy projects for multinational clients, helping them navigate complex trade regulations and supply‑chain disruptions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full consultancy lifecycle from concept, design, implementation to post‑project evaluation.
• Provide high‑quality, compliant solutions that optimise customs processes and address regulatory changes.
• Act as the primary customer‑facing point of contact, managing expectations and delivering project outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across operations, legal, and finance to ensure seamless project execution.
• Travel internationally as required to support client engagements and gather market insights.

Required profile

• Significant experience in customs consultancy or customs brokerage operations at a senior level.
• Deep knowledge of national and international customs legislation, taxes, and non‑tariff controls.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and legal frameworks across multiple countries.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
