Global System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Global System Administrator to join our Singapore team and support a complex regional technology environment that spans enterprise infrastructure and hybrid cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure. The role is hands‑on and ideal for an experienced systems professional who can manage large‑scale environments while driving technical projects and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and enhance infrastructure across Windows Server, VMware virtualization, Microsoft Azure, storage, backup, directory services, messaging and modern workplace tools.
• Perform server patching, disaster‑recovery planning, identity and access management, security hardening and operational monitoring.
• Coordinate data‑centre activities, hybrid‑cloud operations and automation initiatives.
• Lead infrastructure projects from design through delivery, collaborating with internal teams, vendors and professional services partners.
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, handover notes and comprehensive technical documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing enterprise‑scale systems infrastructure.
• Independent, structured and able to balance operational support with project delivery.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
