Graphic Design Manager

About the role

Our client, a well‑known fashion company, is seeking a Graphic Design Manager to lead and manage the graphic design function across print, digital, social media, packaging, e‑commerce and in‑store touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and guidelines.
• Oversee creation and approval of marketing, campaign, digital, editorial, and promotional assets, ensuring high‑quality, impactful, brand‑consistent execution.
• Drive development of creative concepts for campaigns, events, and digital experiences, translating business objectives into engaging visual solutions.
• Manage and mentor the design team, optimise workflows, adopt emerging technologies (including AI tools), and continuously improve creative processes and asset management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest creative and brand standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Digital Design, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in graphic design and visual branding, including team leadership or people management responsibilities.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise across digital, social media, print, campaigns, and multimedia design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other digital design tools, with solid knowledge of branding, UI/UX, video, and multimedia design.
• Experience delivering integrated marketing and creative campaigns across digital, print, and retail channels, with familiarity in AI‑powered design tools and emerging creative technologies.
