Graphic Designer – APAC Communications (6‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join our APAC communications team on a six‑month contract. Based in Singapore, you will design and deliver visual assets for a flagship leadership conference and other regional communications initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop creative assets for regional leadership conferences and corporate events, including presentation graphics, event branding, digital content, signage, and marketing materials.
• Create high‑quality graphics, icons, illustrations, infographics, charts, and data visualisations to support presentations and campaigns.
• Format presentation decks using established templates and visual‑identity guidelines.
• Develop branding assets for event websites, mobile apps, digital displays, wayfinding, and onsite experiences.
• Adapt and localise global creative assets for regional audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
• Produce production‑ready artwork for both print and digital applications.
• Support multimedia production with basic video editing, motion graphics, image retouching, and social‑media content creation.
• Source and organise photography, stock imagery, icons, and illustrations.
• Collaborate with communications, marketing, project stakeholders, event agencies, and vendors to deliver projects on time.
• Provide onsite creative support during events, including presentation updates and asset management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Proven experience producing print and digital assets in a fast‑paced corporate or agency environment.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple deadlines.
