Growth Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Lead to own end‑to‑end growth for a profitable Mandarin‑learning website and app with 50,000+ learners. This is the first dedicated growth position, reporting directly to the founder and based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute acquisition strategy across paid, SEO, ASO, referrals, and partnerships.
• Build and manage creator, podcaster and brand partnerships, negotiate deals and measure ROI.
• Lead SEO and content initiatives to create compounding organic traffic.
• Design, launch and optimise a referral programme.
• Drive app‑store growth through ASO, Apple Search Ads and mobile attribution.
• Set up, test and scale paid campaigns on Google and Meta, meeting CAC and payback targets.
• Own the measurement stack (GA4, Tag Manager, pixels) and produce unit‑economics reports (CAC, LTV, ROAS).
• Improve trial‑to‑paid conversion and retention across free, Standard and Pro tiers.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of growth or performance‑marketing experience with full budget responsibility.
• Proven track record with quantifiable results (CAC, LTV, ROAS).
• Ability to source, pitch and close creator/brand partnerships.
• Full professional proficiency in Mandarin (written & spoken) and strong English.
• Self‑directed and comfortable being the sole growth function.
