Growth Marketing Executive - Google Ads

About the role

Fuku is looking for a Growth Marketing Executive who combines hands-on paid acquisition experience with a strong understanding of customer needs. You will work directly with clients to understand their business objectives and turn them into actionable marketing initiatives that drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run customer acquisition initiatives across search and other digital channels
• Manage Google Ads campaigns, improving traffic quality, leads and conversions
• Review customer journeys and campaign results to find growth opportunities
• Meet clients to understand their business, target audience, priorities and concerns
• Turn client objectives into campaign plans and recommendations
• Experiment with keywords, messaging, audiences and landing pages
• Analyse campaign and conversion data to guide improvements
• Work with internal teams on campaign execution, content, creatives and landing pages
• Support SEO initiatives where relevant

Required profile

• Hands-on experience managing SEM campaigns, especially Google Ads
• Comfortable analysing campaign data and making optimisation decisions
• Able to communicate confidently with clients
• Good understanding of digital customer acquisition and conversion funnels
• Organised and able to manage several campaigns or client accounts
