Growth & Relationships Manager

About the role

The Outsource Studio is looking for a Growth & Relationships Manager to drive the expansion of its curated creative network for the built environment. Reporting directly to the founder, you will own both outreach and day‑to‑day coordination, ensuring studios and independent creatives connect smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Lead outbound outreach and relationship building across studio and talent networks.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective partners and collaborators.
• Support the founder by handling priorities, communications, and daily coordination.
• Coordinate marketing and content execution across multiple channels.
• Identify and pursue community, event, and visibility opportunities.
• Maintain operational systems to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a generalist, growth, or business‑development role.
• Highly organised with strong written communication skills.
• Self‑starter capable of managing multiple workstreams independently.
• Comfortable working closely with a founder in an early‑stage environment.
• Interest in the built environment, design, or creative industries.
• Willingness to attend occasional events or meetings outside standard hours.

Required skills

• Experience with digital platforms and CRM tools.
• Basic analytics to track performance and inform growth decisions.
