Guest Experience Expert (Call Centre)

About the role

The Guest Experience Expert provides memorable, end‑to‑end service for hotel guests through a call‑centre environment. You will be the first point of contact, guiding guests through check‑in, stay, and check‑out while delivering local insights and handling operational requests.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest reservations, check‑ins, and check‑outs via phone and digital channels.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Complete daily reports and operational documentation accurately.
• Share local area highlights and recommendations to enhance guest stays.
• Move throughout the workspace, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and handle objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, confidentiality standards, and professional appearance guidelines.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for long periods and perform light physical tasks.
• Commitment to a safe workplace, confidentiality, and quality standards.
