Guest Experience Expert – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Guest Experience Expert is the front‑line ambassador who creates memorable, personalised moments for guests throughout their stay at The St. Regis Singapore. Working in a dynamic luxury environment, you will be empowered to anticipate needs, resolve requests and showcase the unique character of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of guest‑service activities, from check‑in/out to in‑room assistance.
• Process operational tasks, complete reports and share local area highlights.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment while adhering to company policies and confidentiality standards.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting or moving objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or professional licence needed.
