Guest Experience Specialist (Butler)

About the role

We are looking for a warm and attentive Guest Experience Specialist (Butler) to join our team at Resorts World Sentosa. In this frontline position you will deliver personalized butler services, create memorable first impressions and support guests throughout their stay with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival, provide assistance and offer personalized recommendations on local attractions, dining, entertainment and cultural experiences.
• Facilitate reservations and bookings for restaurants, transportation, tours and events, and handle guest inquiries, requests and concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Valet and Transportation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel facilities, services and local events to enhance guest recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s attractions and cultural institutions is beneficial.
