Guest Relations Executive – Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Guest Relations Executive to elevate the dining experience at our restaurant. You will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, handling feedback, inquiries, and reservations with professionalism and a welcoming attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to guest feedback, both positive and negative, to identify improvement areas.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring positive outcomes.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Collect and analyze feedback from surveys, online reviews, and direct interactions.
• Identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions to boost satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with regular guests and VIPs, recognizing loyalty.
• Manage reservations, seating, waitlists, and ensure seamless dining experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.
• Assist with overall restaurant operations and monitor service standards.
• Work with management to launch new initiatives and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Positive attitude with a passion for exceptional guest service.
• Singapore citizenship.
