Guest Service Agent Laundry

About the role

The Guest Service Agent Laundry supports the smooth operation of Marina Bay Sands by managing the flow of clean and soiled linens, as well as guest amenities, across the three hotel towers. This role ensures that guest rooms and public areas are stocked promptly, contributing to a high‑standard hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect clean linens and amenities from the loading bay and distribute them to the designated floor pantries in a timely manner.
• Gather soiled linens from guest rooms, pool, spa, and fitness club areas.
• Maintain adequate stock of pantry amenities and replenish them as needed.
• Keep the linen room orderly and clean.
• Report any equipment issues that require maintenance or repair.
• Document lost‑and‑found items and arrange their return to guests.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Primary education preferred.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to handle heavy‑loaded trolleys and lift linens and amenities.
• Comfortable walking long distances between the loading bay and hotel towers.
• Capable of working independently.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and public holidays.
