Guest Service Ambassador

About the role

JLL's Experience Services team is hiring a Guest Service Ambassador (GSA) for the Salesforce corporate offices in Singapore. The GSA delivers exceptional guest experiences by welcoming visitors and employees in a friendly, professional way and helping create a hospitality-focused workplace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs and assist with arrivals and departures
• Manage visitor bookings using Salesforce's guest management system
• Issue and reconcile guest and employee temporary passes, liaising with security and facilities management
• Direct deliveries and manage their storage
• Follow protocols for welcoming media and distinguished guests
• Monitor foot traffic and equipment movement through the lobby, and manage orderly movement during peak periods
• Provide general enquiries support and wayfinding assistance
• Maintain and update operational signage in the lobby and keep the front desk and reception areas clean and organised
• Create work orders for custodial, maintenance, safety and security issues
• Collaborate with all services to keep the workplace safe and comfortable, and escalate potential risks to prevent security incidents or disruptions

Required profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of customer service, security or hospitality experience
• Fluency in English
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and deliver accurate, high-quality guest service
• Ability to carry small packages and handle lobby accessories

Required skills

• Working knowledge of information technology tools and platforms
• Proficiency in the Google Office suite preferred
• Familiarity with guest management systems preferred
