Guest Services Host – Singapore Attraction

About the role

Join the Guest Services team at Madame Tussauds Singapore and be the first smile guests see when they arrive. You will help create memorable experiences by welcoming visitors, assisting with ticketing, and guiding them through interactive attractions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests at the entrance, process ticket sales and admissions.
• Maintain stock and presentation of products in the gift shop and sales counters.
• Assist visitors with photo opportunities and answer questions about the exhibits.
• Upsell souvenirs, tickets to additional experiences, and promote interactive attractions such as the 4D cinema, boat ride, and VR game.
• Operate and monitor interactive experiences, ensuring safety and smooth operation.
• Keep work areas clean and follow health & safety procedures.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic and a "can‑do" attitude.
• Excellent communicator who enjoys interacting with people from around the world.
• Passionate about delivering great guest service.
• Proven ability to meet sales or guest‑feedback targets.
• Available to work regular weekends and public holidays.
• Previous experience in cashiering or customer‑service roles is preferred.
