About the role

Sia, a global management consulting group founded in 1999, is looking for a Digital & Technology Transformation (DTT) Leader to join its team in Singapore. The role sits in a flat, growing organisation and involves acting as a trusted technology strategy advisor, leading high-impact digital transformation programmes and shaping technology strategies that align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead technology strategy for clients, advising on emerging technologies such as AI, cloud, data analytics and automation
• Lead digital transformation projects from strategy definition through to execution, integrating them with client business processes
• Advise senior executives on technology trends and help clients define their digital vision
• Manage client relationships and oversee the mobilisation of transformation programmes on time and within scope
• Lead, mentor and develop consulting teams, and contribute to innovative methodologies and frameworks
• Build client relationships, identify expansion opportunities and support business development through proposals and thought leadership

Required profile

• 12-15 years of experience in senior technology roles, focused on technology strategy, digital transformation and enterprise technology architecture
• Demonstrated consulting experience delivering technology transformations for large organisations
• Experience across industries such as financial services, pharmaceuticals, energy, government and technology
• Strong leadership skills, including managing diverse teams and engaging with C-suite executives
• Relevant degree in information technology, engineering, computer science or a related field

Required skills

• Technology leadership, strategic planning and digital transformation methodologies
• Certifications in enterprise architecture and IT strategy (e.g. TOGAF, ITIL) are a plus
