Head of Fleet Management

About the role

The Head of Fleet Management will lead the long‑term sustainability, scalability and operational health of foodpanda Singapore’s rider ecosystem. Reporting to the Singapore Logistics leadership team, this role owns strategy and execution across rider growth, lifecycle management, governance and compliance to ensure a healthy, engaged fleet that supports business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute rider growth, ensuring sufficient fleet capacity and vehicle mix to meet business targets.
• Lead acquisition, retention and reactivation initiatives, optimizing onboarding, training, equipment and approval processes.
• Manage recruitment budget and incentives, driving cost‑per‑acquisition improvements.
• Monitor market dynamics and fleet health indicators to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to remove rider friction points, improve support processes and enhance rider satisfaction.
• Establish governance frameworks, ensure compliance with platform policies and regulatory requirements, and proactively manage operational risks.

Required profile

• 7+ years of operations management experience with a strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Proven leadership of large, diverse teams and ability to inspire and motivate towards ambitious goals.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing cross‑functional partners.
