Head of Operations & Production – Luxury Manufacturing

About the role

Lead end‑to‑end production in a premium manufacturing environment, shaping strategy, processes, and team performance at a senior leadership level. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence while supporting the company’s growth and innovation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full production lifecycle from planning through delivery.
• Drive production scheduling, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
• Optimise supply‑chain, inventory, and procurement of critical materials.
• Lead cost‑management initiatives, including forecasting and budgeting.
• Implement continuous‑improvement programmes such as Lean, 5S and process optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and ISO standards.
• Coach, develop and lead a high‑performing production team.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Operations, Engineering or Supply Chain.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong background in production planning, process improvement and operations management.
• Proven ability in cost control, budgeting and operational optimisation.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and workplace safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
