Head of Visual Merchandising Design

About the role

Sephora is seeking a Head of Visual Merchandising Design to lead the strategic design, development, and delivery of store fixtures and creative visual merchandising concepts across Southeast Asia‑Oceania. You will translate brand guidelines into practical, sustainable design solutions that elevate the customer experience and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adapt comprehensive store fixture plans and creative visual merchandising concepts in line with Sephora brand standards.
• Lead the end‑to‑end new fixture creative and rollout process, from concept to implementation.
• Establish and enforce robust fixture guidelines across the region.
• Champion sustainable design by sourcing eco‑friendly materials, improving energy efficiency, and reducing waste.
• Oversee creative VM for front‑of‑store displays, launch pads, window displays, and in‑store touchpoints such as reward stations, MPOS/SPOS, click‑and‑collect, and gift bars.
• Produce 3D renderings and visual presentations to communicate design intent and secure stakeholder alignment.
• Manage complex projects independently, ensuring timely, on‑budget delivery while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in visual merchandising, store design, or related creative fields.
• Strong understanding of brand standards and ability to translate them into practical design solutions.
• Passion for sustainability and experience integrating eco‑friendly practices into design and execution.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering large‑scale initiatives.
