About the role
SingHealth is hiring a Health Care Assistant for its Cardiac Laboratory. The assistant supports patients at various service points within the laboratory.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to patient enquiries and guide them on using Self-Help Kiosks and Mobile Services
- Provide wayfinding to patients' next service station
- Help take basic vital measurements such as height, weight and blood pressure
- Retrieve and dispatch documents to the relevant departments
- Manage linen inventory
- Keep the work area neat and tidy
Required profile
- At least a primary school education
- A good team player with a pleasant disposition
- Proof of measles (or mumps, measles and rubella) vaccination or serological evidence of measles immunity
- Proof of Diphtheria, Tetanus and Pertussis vaccination taken within the preceding 10 years, as required for healthcare workers under the Healthcare Services Act
- Candidates without the required vaccinations may apply if they agree to complete them before starting work after a successful interview and offer
