Healthcare Assistant (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Healthcare Assistant to support our podiatry clinic in central Singapore. You will work closely with the podiatrist to ensure smooth patient flow and high‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the podiatrist during patient examinations and treatments.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and perform basic administrative tasks.
• Handle cashiering duties and manage clinic inventory.
• Ensure the clinic’s cleanliness and organization at all times.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to work 5.5 days (44 hours) per week.
