High School Teacher – IB DP / IGCSE Humanities

About the role
We are seeking a qualified High School Teacher to deliver IB Diploma Programme (DP) and IGCSE Humanities (Geography and/or History) to students in Grades 9‑12. The successful candidate will join our international school community starting either 1 August 2026 or January 2027, depending on availability.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons in Geography and/or History aligned with IB DP and IGCSE standards.
- Adapt instructional materials for English as a Second Language (ESL) learners.
- Provide timely feedback and support to promote student progress.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and department heads to maintain a cohesive curriculum.
- Participate in school events, parent meetings and professional development activities.
Required profile
- Minimum relevant Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree considered an advantage).
- Current professional teaching certification.
- Demonstrated experience teaching ESL students.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- International school teaching experience is a plus.
