Home Ink Drivers & Core Solution Lead

About the role

HP is looking for a Home Ink Drivers & Core Solution Lead in Singapore. The role acts as the voice and advocate for solution quality across installed base and new product releases, working with Consumer Print Core Solutions Product Management and TIO teams.

Key responsibilities

• Advocate for solution quality on installed base and new product releases
• Strengthen operational excellence through solution quality forums, customer insight reviews and proactive telemetry/sentiment monitoring
• Ensure critical issues are raised, prioritized and tracked to closure, and lead field escalation for solution-related issues
• Institutionalize solution quality processes across the product lifecycle
• Provide quality and experience leadership to partner with Consumer Print Core Solutions Product Management and TIO teams
• Drive systemic improvement with partners to prevent recurrence of issues
• Tighten synergy between Quality HW/FW and Solution teams in process, methodology and collaboration

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences or equivalent
• 6-10 years of professional experience in technical marketing, software QA or engineering
• Program management experience preferred
• Good understanding of the solution/software ecosystem
