Hotel Housekeeper – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

As a Housekeeper at Conrad Singapore Orchard, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the exceptional hospitality experience that the brand is known for. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will ensure every guest enjoys a safe, comfortable, and memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
• Plan and schedule housekeeping staff, monitor daily quotas, and adjust manning based on occupancy forecasts.
• Recruit, train, and develop housekeeping team members to meet service standards.
• Supervise external contractors working on the hotel premises and coordinate engineering work orders.
• Manage inventory of cleaning equipment, guest supplies, and consumables, ensuring accurate records.
• Conduct routine inspections, identify deficiencies, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Monitor cost‑control measures for labour and operating supplies.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Manager and other departments to address housekeeping needs.
