Hotel Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Technician to ensure the smooth operation and overall performance of all building services within our hotel. The role involves working shift or daily duties, conducting regular inspections, and providing emergency support to maintain comfort for guests, staff, and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily checks and log the hotel’s Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) plant and equipment.
• Execute preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules and ensure repair works are completed as planned.
• Carry out repair and maintenance tasks assigned by the Technical Officer.
• Provide emergency support for building services whenever required.
• Conduct regular inspections of fire alarm and protection systems, chiller systems, and other critical services.
• Monitor and maintain comfort levels in all F&B outlets, office spaces, and public areas through physical checks.
• Prioritize and address maintenance work orders and complaints in line with departmental standards.
• Assist in ordering spare parts and ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Offer front‑line support and troubleshoot breakdowns promptly.
