Hotel Night Duty Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Hotel Night Duty Officer to join our team in Singapore. You will be the primary point of contact for guests arriving late and ensure smooth overnight operations of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome late‑arriving guests, assist with check‑in and check‑out, and handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns throughout the night.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, transportation, and nearby attractions.
• Monitor overnight hotel operations, conduct regular walkthroughs of public areas, and keep the front desk and lobby organized, secure, and guest‑ready.
• Manage same‑day bookings, walk‑in guests, cancellations, and reservation changes; update room status in the property management system and coordinate with Housekeeping.
• Serve as the main point of contact between guests and internal departments, coordinating with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other teams.
• Ensure safety and security by following emergency procedures, reporting suspicious activities, and controlling access to the property.
• Handle cash transactions and complete required administrative tasks before the morning shift.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability for night shifts.
• Reports to the Head of Operations & Tenant Experience.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction during overnight hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Property Management System (PMS) for room inventory and reservations.
• Cash handling experience.
