Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Housekeeping Attendant to join the teams at Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong and Holiday Inn Express Singapore Katong. In this role you will help maintain the high standards of cleanliness and guest service that our brands are known for.

Key responsibilities

• Report any damage or malfunction in guest rooms to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Attend scheduled meetings and training sessions.
• Liaise with the Executive Housekeeper regarding chemical usage, issues and improvement suggestions.
• Deliver guest requests promptly, including linen, amenities and valet services.
• Count and verify linen deliveries from vendors.
• Replenish guest supplies and maintain stock of amenities.
• Wash and handle bed linens according to brand standards.
• Maintain daily room checklists, section reports and ensure all public areas are clean.
• Provide hotel information to guests and escort them when required.
• Respond to emergencies, report lost‑and‑found items and guest complaints immediately.

Required profile

• Primary education or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
