Housekeeping Executive

About the role

The Housekeeping Executive will lead daily housekeeping operations at our Singapore property, ensuring rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. This junior‑level position reports to senior management and works closely with the maintenance team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping activities and allocate staff to meet operational needs.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public spaces.
• Ensure compliance with cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols.
• Handle guest requests and feedback in a professional manner.
• Assist in training, coaching, and supervising housekeeping personnel.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the replenishment of supplies.
• Liaise with the maintenance team to address repair and upkeep issues.
• Prepare operational reports and support management in planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with solid problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
