Housekeeping Manager – Nanyang Executive Centre

About the role

The Nanyang Executive Centre (NEC) at NTU’s main campus is preparing to launch a premier venue for conferences, workshops, and executive programmes. We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to set up and lead the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement housekeeping procedures and standards for guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Lead, schedule, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff, fostering a high‑performing team.
• Maintain cleanliness standards across all areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
• Manage departmental budgeting, P&L, and cost control.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment, recommending purchases as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver a consistent, positive guest experience.
• Participate in recruitment and hiring of new housekeeping personnel.
