Housekeeping Manager – Singapore EDITION

About the role

The Singapore EDITION is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead daily shift operations across Housekeeping, the Recreation/Health Club, and Laundry (if applicable). You will ensure guest rooms, public areas, and employee zones are impeccably clean, while maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping, recreation, and laundry operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
• Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public spaces, addressing corrective actions promptly.
• Manage inventory of supplies, linens, and equipment to guarantee adequate stock levels.
• Develop and supervise an effective inspection program for all areas.
• Monitor and control departmental budgets, aligning expenses with overall property financial goals.
• Communicate room status to the Front Desk efficiently and coordinate work assignments.
• Schedule staff, track attendance, and ensure proper uniform and equipment provision.
• Provide on‑the‑job training, performance feedback, and employee recognition.
• Enforce property policies, disciplinary procedures, and documentation in line with SOPs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of housekeeping or related experience, **or** a 2‑year degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (no experience required).
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, budgeting, and guest service standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
