Housekeeping Supervisor – Hotel Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in delivering immaculate rooms, apartments, and public areas for our guests. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with cleanliness standards, and providing exceptional guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping operations across rooms, apartments, and common areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and order.
• Inspect rooms before check‑in and after check‑out, address defects, and coordinate replacement of missing items.
• Respond promptly to guest and tenant complaints or requests, delivering courteous and professional service.
• Manage manpower, schedules, supplies, and equipment, controlling costs while ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Maintain accurate inventories of assets, linens, guest supplies, promotional materials, and VIP/CIP guest details.
• Coordinate inspections and communication with Front Office, Concierge, Bell Counter, and external vendors.
• Train, guide, and evaluate housekeeping staff, recommending improvements to procedures, products, and equipment.
• Ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance, including key control, fire safety, and periodic deep cleaning.

Required profile

• O‑Level qualification or higher.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping.
• Strong leadership abilities and thorough knowledge of housekeeping for guest rooms and public areas.
