Housekeeping Team Leader - Rooms

About the role

Andaz Singapore is seeking a motivated Housekeeping Team Leader for the Rooms division. In this role you will oversee a team of housekeepers, ensure that guest rooms meet the brand’s luxury standards, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach the rooms housekeeping team to deliver consistently clean and well‑presented guest rooms.
• Monitor room turnover, inspect rooms for quality, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene procedures.
• Identify and implement efficient work methods while maintaining high standards of service.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and communicate effectively with other hotel departments.
• Share best practices and training insights with team members to enhance performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Housekeeping Team Leader in a luxury international hotel brand.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and a passion for team development.
• Detail‑oriented and motivated by achieving clean, orderly rooms.
