HR Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Assistant to provide day‑to‑day support across the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start a career in human resources and gain exposure to talent acquisition, learning & development, and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Support implementation of HR policies, procedures and statutory compliance.
• Track HR metrics, prepare regular reports and analysis.
• Assist in talent acquisition: manage job postings, schedule interviews and onboard new hires.
• Help coordinate learning & development programs and training sourcing.
• Provide support for compensation surveys and HR events, including staff welfare and engagement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma in HR, Business Administration or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic understanding of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong planning, organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
