HR Business Partner - Beauty (Domestic Markets)

About the role

A world-leading luxury group is hiring a Regional HR Manager for its Singapore office, reporting to the Senior HR Manager, South East Asia. The role gives strategic and operational HR advice and support to senior leaders, builds partnerships across the HR function and aligns business objectives with employees and management in designated beauty brands.

Key responsibilities

• Work with management and employees to improve relationships, build a new "One" culture and increase productivity and retention.
• Act as a strategic partner, coach, change agent and employee advocate on all HR initiatives for the assigned brands.
• Translate business requirements and challenges into relevant HR actions and initiatives.
• Coordinate and run people-cycle activities such as performance reviews, salary reviews, engagement surveys, recruitment and salary requests.
• Equip managers with tools for performance and career management.
• Collaborate with COEs for consistent HR support and help senior leaders with recruitment strategy.
• Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve HR policies, and share best practices across functions.
• Manage specific projects for SEA and APAC.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of progressively broader HR experience.
• Experience in learning and development and/or employee engagement preferred.
• Experience in complex, matrix MNCs preferred; fast-moving industries welcome.

• Track record of building the competency and skills of others.
• Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills.
