HR Business Partner, Fragrance & Beauty Products & Corporate Functions

About the role

Reporting to the Head of P&O, Fashion and WFJ SEAA and Singapore & Export Markets, the HR Business Partner for Fragrance & Beauty Products and Corporate Functions is a strategic advisor to the business division. Operating in a 1-to-few partnering model, the role shapes a future-fit organisation, strengthens leadership and talent and translates people strategy into measurable outcomes, drawing on the People Solutions & Operations Hub, Centres of Expertise and HR Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with division leaders early on high-impact people and organisation decisions, and translate regional and market people strategies into focused agendas with clear outcomes.
• Lead organisation diagnosis and design, and drive strategic workforce planning, including capacity, capability, productivity and succession.
• Strengthen leadership effectiveness, talent and succession, and build leader ownership of performance, feedback and consequences.
• Support transformation through change plans, stakeholder alignment and adoption, and champion engagement, inclusion and culture.
• Orchestrate P&O expertise, partner the People Solutions & Operations Hub on manager enablement and the People Cycle, and partner HR Operations on employee lifecycle services, process excellence and compliance.

Required profile

• Demonstrated strategic HR business partnering experience in a complex, matrixed and fast-moving environment.
• Strong business and commercial acumen, linking people and organisation choices to performance and growth.
• Proven capability in organisation design, workforce planning, leadership advisory, talent, succession and performance.
• Influential communication, trusted challenge and change leadership, with analytical and digital fluency.
