HR Business Partner (HRBP)

About the role

NUH (National University Hospital), a leading healthcare institution in Singapore, is hiring a full-time HR Business Partner. The HRBP acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational goals and supporting workforce, talent and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, giving HR expertise so people strategies match organizational goals.
• Work with management to identify workforce needs, develop talent strategies and implement solutions.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and support organizational design, change management and succession planning.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to spot trends and recommend improvements.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts fairly and in a timely way, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Facilitate training and development programs and support performance management, including goal setting, feedback and appraisals.
• Partner with recruitment teams to attract, hire and retain talent.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, including 2 years as an HR Business Partner or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws and regulations.
• Experience in organizational development, change management and talent management.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or CIPD is a plus.
